Kevin Smith releases video to tease plans for 2021, but what are we looking at?

On the morning of Friday, October 2nd, Kevin Smith tweeted a poetic block about the downer that 2020 has been, and teased something for us to look forward to in 2021.

The video attached to the tweet shows a masked Kevin Smith walking through a set of street facing glass doors into some type of business location. He then proceeds further in, looking around and making hand gestures that imply the giving and taking of something and feeling out the abundance of space before addressing the camera.
Wink wink, nudge nudge….
After removing his Mooby’s protective face mask, he states, “I think this is the place.” Then, after a wink to the camera we are presented with a black screen simply adorned with a solo question mark.
? indeed.
So what is this mysterious reveal, where is it, and who will it involve?
Early speculation in the comments of his post show that Internet cyber-slueths are hopeful for a permanent residence for the Mooby’s Pop-Up themed restaurants, the potential for a new West Coast location for Jay & Silent Bob’s Secret Stash, and even some being hopeful for a Jay & Silent Bob themed dispensary featuring the Snoogans, Snoochie Boochies, and Berzerker products made in partnership with Caviar Gold.
